Orders

Any order placed on this site implies full acceptance of these terms of sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or a dispute over a previous order.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include all applicable taxes. Shipping is free. The price charged is the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Payment

Payment is taken in full when the order is placed, through a secure checkout. We never have access to your card details.

Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Right of withdrawal

Our 90-day return policy applies to every order. Customers in the European Union also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which runs in parallel and is never reduced by our own policy.
