Order processing

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees: customs or carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you at dispatch. It can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.

Wrong address or a parcel that has not arrived

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us at contact@danevy.com as quickly as possible — we can usually correct it before dispatch. If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, write to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
