How long does it stay cold?

Straight from the freezer it holds a comfortable chill for roughly 20 to 30 minutes — about as long as most people want to wear it. If you like longer sessions, keep a second one cold and swap.

Can I use it warm instead?

Yes. Warm it briefly and it works the other way, which many people prefer when the tension sits across the brow or around the sinuses. Always test the temperature on your wrist first.

Will it fit me?

One size. The four-way stretch knit fits most head sizes without pinching, and there are no straps or fasteners to adjust.
